We are all aware of the risk involved when carrying cash on us on the way to the bank, surprisingly enough the risk of being held up on your way to the bank, or whilst in the bank has increased by approximately 60% over the last 5 years.

This is where HSS Security can help you, your employees and your business. We are able to minimize risk to your company, and unnecessary cost by our secure banking services.

Our plain clothed security officers carry photo identification. We arrange a time suitable for your business to pick up what is required to be taken to the bank, we also provide you with vouchers, bank satchels, and time seals at no extra charge. You are covered by insurance as soon as one of our guards has signed the pick up voucher.

Our procedure is discrete and will not disturb your business.

We can offer you the following services:

 

• Same day return
• This is provided Monday to Friday.
• The banking satchels are picked up and taken to the nominated bank.
• The guard waits for teller verification and returns satchels and its contents on the same day.
• Cash and coin can be sent back to you in the return satchel at no extra cost.
• Next pick up return
• This service can be provided seven days a week.
• The satchel is returned at the next pick up lodgment.
• We can also provide secure storage for satchels picked up outside of normal bank hours.
• Express business deposit satchel
• This service can be provided seven days a week.
• We collect tamper proof EBDS (supplied by the bank) and deposit it in the banks express banking facility.
• We can also provide secure storage for satchels picked up outside of normal bank hours.
• Change return
• This service is a same day service, provided Monday to Friday.
• One of our guards will arrive at your business the same time every day to collect your banking.
• If you require our guard to attend at a different time than usual, or not to attend at all on a particular day, you need to inform us by 12 noon the day prior.
• This allows us to ensure we have a guard available to attend to complete your business banking transaction.
