All companies and indivduals advertising or performing security activities in the state of NSW are required by the Security Industry Act 1997 and Security Industry Regulation 2007 to be licenced for these activities. This provides the NSW community with confidence that their chosen security providers are competent, honest, incorruptible, and accountable.
